Singapore City Tour, a Tour of the City Begins your tour at Kampong Glam, where modernity and tradition collide. This neighborhood has a history dating back to Singapore’s colonial era as the Malay, Arab, and Bugis groups’ designated region. Drive around the Civic District, passing by the Padang, the Singapore Cricket Club, the ancient Parliament House, and the National Gallery Singapore. The old Supreme Court Building and City Hall make up the Gallery.

Next, visit Merlion Park to take in the breathtaking views of Marina Bay. Take advantage of this photo opportunity with The Merlion, a fabled creature that is part lion and part fish. Before going past Chinatown, stop at Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples. Proceed to Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Singapore Botanic Gardens, and wander through the National Orchid Garden, which has 60,000 orchid plants on exhibit.

Tour itinerary

Your trip begins with a pickup from your Singapore or Sentosa Island accommodation (certain hotels). or by driving yourself to the meeting spot. As you make your way to the first stop, board your bus and take in the sights of the Civic District, including the Padang and the National Parliament House. Enjoy the stunning views of Marina Bay and picture opportunities with the Merlion monument, a legendary creature that is part lion and part fish, at Merlion Park. Continue through Chinatown to Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, where you will make a halt before moving on.

Your final destination is the Singapore Botanic Gardens, where you may take a stroll around the National Orchid Garden, which has 60,000 plants on exhibit. Your journey concludes where it began.

The tour leaves from various hotels in Singapore or Sentosa Island, except Changi Village Hotel and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel.  Sentosa Hotel pickup 45 minutes before the tour starts time Pick up from City Hotel 30 minutes before the tour starts time  If you do not get hotel advice, you must make your way to our coordination point at the Furama Riverfront Hotel and meet the guide in the lobby (trip East Tour desk) 30 minutes before the trip begins.

Before you go, be aware of the following:

  • Subject to availability, confirmation will be sent within 48 hours after booking.
  • Wheelchair access is not available.
  • Close to public transit.
  • Infants must sit on their parents' lap.
  • The majority of passengers can participate.
  • Mount Faber will take the place of the National Gallery and Merlion Park on Car-Free Sunday.
