Learn about the history and culture of Old Québec, the historic core of French Canada, and the capital of the province of Québec, with its narrow lanes, stone buildings, and European ambiance.
Visit Place Royale, known as the “Birthplace of French America,” as well as the picturesque Plains of Abraham, the site of the epic Battle of Québec in 1759 between French and English soldiers during the Seven Years’ War.
Then, just north of Québec City, take Avenue Royale past the historic villages and farms of the Beaupre Coast to Montmorency Falls, a 272-foot (83-meter) cascade on the Montmorency River (taller than Niagara Falls).
After the tour, you’ll have plenty of time to explore Old Québec on your own. The tour concludes with a ride back to Montreal and hotel drop-off.
