Tour itinerary
The 27-acre Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, located only minutes from downtown Vancouver, is rich in both nature and history. Set in British Columbia’s cedar-scented rainforest, the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and brand-new Cliffwalk allow you to immerse yourself in nature’s majesty while pumping up the adrenaline.
The 450-foot-long Capilano Suspension Bridge, erected in 1889, spans 230 feet above the Capilano River and serves as your doorway to the forest beyond. Cross this majestic structure at your leisure, taking in the breathtaking views of the canyon and river below.
Discover the Treetops Adventure, a series of interconnecting suspension bridges that ascend high above the forest floor through the rich evergreen foliage of towering Douglas firs, after you reach the opposite side. A squirrel’s eye view of a healthy coastal forest is provided by viewing platforms snuggled into the tree canopy.
The awe-inspiring Cliffwalk, on the other hand, is not to be missed for a true thrill. This spectacular path juts out from the granite cliffs of Capilano Canyon and leads visitors to previously undiscovered regions of the park. Cliffwalk is not for the faint of heart due to its height and narrowness. A set of suspended cantilevered walkways hug the rock face.
Aside from these major activities, there are several opportunities to learn about the park’s rich history and distinct environment. With fascinating information and identifying tips, interactive displays, and instructive panels provide insight into the forest’s ecosystem.

Testimonials
Arrive early since it becomes really crowded. The suspension bridge is great fun, but the cliff walk is a little disappointing because it is so short – the photographs are misleading. Make use of the free shuttle bus, which operates often.

Amazing vistas. It was safe but nevertheless terrifying to cross… we did great. There are several measures to take. The tour is highly recommended.
