Tour itinerary

Day 1:

Begin your experience with a morning pickup from your Yogyakarta hotel and proceed to Mount Bromo. While your friendly driver negotiates the infamous Indonesian traffic, take in the stunning scenery along the journey. After you’ve settled into your Bromo hotel, take some time to explore the region and prepare for the dawn tomorrow.

 

Day 2:

Rise early to get ready for a truly unforgettable experience as you witness the magical sunrise views of Mount Bromo, the most popular volcano in Indonesia. After exploring Mount Bromo, head back to the hotel to enjoy breakfast before traveling to Bondowoso City, where your accommodation for the Ijen Crater tour is located.

Day 3:

Your excursion today begins in the middle of the night as you travel to the Ijen Crater. Hike up to the summit of the Ijen Crater in 90 to 120 minutes to see the spectacular blue flames rising up from inside the crater. You will be left off at Ketapang Harbor after exploring the crater and are excited to continue your adventure to Bali.

  • The blue flames at Ijen may not emerge or be available during your visit due to unexpected weather conditions.
