Tour itinerary

Day 1: Amman to Petra: 3 hours by car from Amman

Travel south to the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra, which is regarded as one of the world’s marvels. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman has constructed in stone over 2000 years ago in order to control ancient Arabia’s commerce routes. Visit its settlements, dams, and water channels, and take a walk down the narrow siq, which serves as the city’s primary entrance. The first thing you’ll notice is the Khazneh, which was thought to be a burial site for one of the Nabatean Kings.

Other monuments to be seen are the Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. In the afternoon, you will go to Wadi Rum, often known as the Valley of the Moon, where Lawrence of Arabia and, more recently, The Martian were filmed. Spend the night in Wadi Rum before heading to the Dead Sea the next day (night stay and activities in Wadi Rum are dependent on your trip selection).

Day 2:Dead Sea - Wadi Rum

Wadi Rum is a large mountain with towering rocks of diverse brownish, reddish, and golden colors that rose among the desert’s rosy red sand. Then you’ll travel to the Land of the Dead, which is one of the most fascinating places on the planet. The Dead Sea speaks for itself: no live fish can be found there. It is without a doubt one of Jordan’s most remarkable and spectacular tourist destinations. Its tranquil, sparkling water, gleaming from the blazing sun above, is noted for its high concentration of salt and minerals, making it a therapeutic as well as a one-of-a-kind swimming experience not to be missed. Before returning to your Amman hotel, take some time to swim.
