Tour itinerary

Day 1: Airport / Dambulla/ Sigiriya

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, where you will be met and escorted to your accommodation in Sigiriya by “Seerendipity Tours” representatives. See Sigiriya rock castle and Dambulla golden temple on way.
Sigiriya rock fortress: Sigiriya is an old rock fortification in Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle.
Dambulla cave temple is a World Heritage Site (1991) in Sri Lanka, located in the cultural triangle. Dambulla is one of the world’s largest and best-preserved cave temple complexes. There are 153 Buddha statues in all. The paintings take up a total of 2,100 square meters (23,000 sq ft).

Minneriya Safari is a three-hour safari excursion in Minneriya National Park. Throughout the trip, you will be able to get up up and personal with various exotic species, including elephants, deer, and buffalo.

Day 2: Sigiriya / Kandy

After breakfast, depart for Kandy, stopping along the way to see a spice garden and a Hindu temple. Kandy city trip in the afternoon.
Temple of Sri Muttumari Amman: Sri Muthumariamman Thevasthanam is a Hindu temple in Matale that is well-known for its colorful chariots. Its origins may be traced back to the early 1800s. It is now one of the largest Hindu temples on the island.

Spice garden: Visit a spice garden in Matale to learn about the many spices that Sri Lanka is famous for. You’ll be introduced to many spices and shown how some of them are farmed and prepared.
Kandy: A governed Kandy until 1815, despite the fact that the rest of the island was under British control. Ultimately, it was given to them by the Kandy Chieftains, who were dissatisfied with the king’s ruthless actions. Kandy is now one of the most prominent cities in the country due to the presence of the Temple of the Holy Tooth of the Buddha.
Tooth relic temple: Kandy’s Tooth relic temple is a Buddhist temple. It is housed within the former Kingdom’s royal palace complex.

Day 3: Kandy / Nuwara eliya

Following a leisurely breakfast, you’ll board the hill country picturesque train for your journey to Nuwara Eliya. Afternoon city trip and tea factory visit in Nuwara Eliya.
Tea factory: On the way, stop by a tea plantation and a tea factory. Sri Lanka is well-known for its “Ceylon Tea,” which has brought joy to people all over the world for more than a century.
Overnight: stay at Hotel in Nuwara Eliya

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya / Bentota

After breakfast, go towards Bentota, stopping along the way to see the waterfalls and the Sita Amman shrine.

Day 5: Bentota / Airport
