Tour itinerary

At 08h30, meet your driver next to Restaurant Dar Diaffa, 16 Derb Jdid. Begin your journey via the Atlas Mountains to Ourika Valley with picture stops. The Argan oil cooperative will be your first destination, where you will be shown different natural goods (oils, soaps…) while enjoying Moroccan tea.

Following that, travel to the palm tree valley, which follows the Ourika Valley, where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and spend an hour walking to explore the region. In the afternoon, have your lunch (at your leisure) while relaxing along the quiet river. Locals in the valley may occasionally ask visitors to come and learn about the Berber way of life. Following that, go to Setti Fatma, which is noted for its seven waterfalls, and enjoy the soothing waterfalls. Return to your hotel in Marrakesh in the evening.

Testimonials

A fantastic 1 day in Ourika Valley, an excursion to get away from the chaos of Marrakech, we visited a cooperative of women producing argan oil and then requested for a guide to view the waterfalls, Mohammed who was quite helpful, constantly assisting in many ways. At places, the walkway is made up of rails. A fantastic experience.

, our driver, was fantastic from the minute he took us up from the hotel. He was very professional and spoke wonderful English. He explained the plan and asked whether we wanted to stop at any moment to snap photos. The Atlas Mountains guide (Akhmed) was very helpful and slowly escorted us through the mountains, supporting us when he could. The only thing I didn’t like was that when we tipped him, he pushed on extra, claiming that you were two persons and that I deserved double. I clarified that was all I was offering and that if he wasn’t satisfied, I would gladly take it! 1 day in Ourika Valley was amazing
