Tour itinerary

Day 1:

Oudtshoorn Travel around 250 miles (400 km)
Begin with a morning pickup from your Cape Town or Stellenbosch lodging.
Start off on the famed Route 62, where you’ll be able to catch the splendor of towering mountains, winding passes, wide Karoo flats, wineries, and orchards. Before arriving at Oudtshoorn, the world’s ostrich capital, stop at one of the numerous farm booths along the road, which are loaded with locally produced goodies.

Go deep beneath the Cango Caves’ magnificent limestone chambers, which are alive with drip-formation stalactites and stalagmites, as well as vestiges of Khoikhoi murals. Choose between the easygoing Heritage Tour and the Adventure Tour, which allows you to squirm your way through limestone on a perilous underground track.
You’ll have the evening free in Oudtshoorn. Join the locals for an optional outdoor braai (akin to a barbecue), which includes South African favorites like ostrich kebabs and pot roast.

Sleep at (Saver) Uthando Backpackers or somewhere comparable.

Day 2:Wilderness

Around 280 miles (450 km) As the sun rises over the dry Klein Karoo, join rangers on an optional Elephant Bush Walk for a personal experience with Mother Nature. Jabari, Malaika, and Bulelo, gentle giants, made Buffelsdrift their home when their parents were kidnapped in South Africa’s north. Follow these three rescued elephants as they make their way to a local waterhole.
Then, take to the river for an afternoon paddle through the reed-lined banks of Wilderness National Park. The wealth of birds is not obvious until you stop paddling and let the moderate river guide you.

The experience continues as you approach Bloukrans Bridge, the highest commercial bridge Bungy jump in the world. Those who want to keep their feet on the solid ground might choose to hurtle face-first down the 134 (216 m) drop, or they can visit the neighboring woodland region at Tsitsikamma.
Spend the evening taking in the sleepy town lifestyle in Sedgefield or Wilderness, depending on your lodging location. When you sip cocktails and eat meals, feel the white sand between your toes.
Sleep at (Saver) PiliPili Beach Backpackers or a comparable establishment.

Day 3:

The Garden Route Travel around 250 miles (400 km)
Begin your day in the midst of Africa’s wilderness. At the malaria-free Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, view some of Africa’s wild animals from the back of an open 4×4 vehicle. To mention a few, look for giraffes, white rhinos, kudu, lions, elephants, zebras, and wildebeest. An expert game ranger leads the game drive, imparting his knowledge of the area’s fauna, which includes antelope species, birds, and insects.
On your route back to Cape Town or Stellenbosch, bid farewell to the Garden Route with a journey through the panorama of undulating farmlands.

Testimonials

Moody, our tour guide, was an excellent, helpful, interesting, and safe driver. The three days are packed with events, but there is also time spent on the road. The tour participants, and travelers in general, were wonderful and enthusiastic. The bungee and elephant ride was the most appealing attractions, while the kayaking was subpar. I had already reduced my expectations when researching safari excursions in Africa previously. Yet it was also perfectly acceptable. If you only have a limited amount of time in Cape Town, this trip will allow you to visit isolated regions securely. this 3-Days Safari in South Africa Trip was amazing

During this 3-Days Safari in South Africa Trip, Tuikke, our tour leader, was fantastic. Helpful, courteous, positive energy, instructive but entertaining. The three days were absolutely fantastic, with a lot to see and catch up on. The tour had 12 people on it, and the general attitude was upbeat, with everyone relaxed and willing to make sacrifices for the sake of others. We didn't see as many animals on the last day of the safari as we had hoped, but that's how nature works. Everything was worth seeing.
